RZM SA Dienstdolch

Article about: Another perfectly good Standard SA dagger ruined,,,, with a horrible attempt to make extra cash on a desirable inscription. Sad to see such disrespect for History.

    Is this a good price?

Hi Kris, the dagger is original. Price is "OK" for the lower estimate.

    Cheers, Ade.

Ade the 300 is in euro's, the 350 is in dollars ( bit strange 300 euro is about 385 dollars) i think he means 300-->350 euros.
Then i agree it should be on the 300 side.....better is 275-- euro.
I would not pay more in fact its original but not in a good collectors state.
Should be upgraded after a while and will not be easily sold to an advanced collector.
You need to find a starter again.... better avoid this one and save a bit more and buy a decent one.

    cheers,
    Ger

Gerrit: about the price. He asks 300€. I've astimated that 300€ is about 350$. But you've probably right. It's about 385$ he asks.
You also probably right to save a bit more to buy a much beautifuller dagger.
This dagger is for sale for 1250€.
It's a Röhm dedication dagger name removed only!
    Opinions please?

Colt is correct. The makers mark is incorrectly placed and is large sized.

Here is how it should look on one from my collection.

Thank you for the opinions guys. But what do you guys mean about the Röhm dagger? That he's fake?
The guy that is selling him, is a respected collector with a huge collection. I would be suprised if he should sell fake rubbish!!!

I have shipped Luftwaffe Swords and SA daggers from the States to Holland.
Its not forbidden, only let them send it as an Iron wall decoration with a certain value ( 525 $ for the sword, i posted it here also) was enough.
Just paid 92 euro taxes and that was all, knives are easier...np

The Rohm....look at what the others say..the maker mark is at the wrong place.
also look at the rude way they tried to get the name out.
Thats not done the way a proper german craftsman would do it.
They almost hit the makermark on the right in the middle, why?
Ernst Röhm is completly on another part, germans made that dagger with craftmanship why ruin it so brutely?

dont relie on good names only when there's money involved.
Better post here before you buy and when there are so many members who are seeing red flags then you better believe them.......
