    Although the hardware is the same type of Nickel alloy used between Type A ( with Septum ) and type B1 ( without septum ) ..the pebbling between the 2 differ greatly, where as the Type A pebbling was more shallow..which the burnishings life expectancy was shorter than the type B1.
