Question on the SS Himmler dagger inscription
Hi All,
I recently acquired the SS Himmler dagger.
As I looked closely on the inscription of the blade with H.Himmler signature,
I noticed the "e" and "r" didn't look like other Himmler dagger's inscription.
Would anyone share their professional opinion on this picture?
Thank you all.....
SS daggers are not my area of interest, but the blade looks strange.
Etching is not for my taste.

Hi PV you kind of answered your own question with you concerns about the lettering on the blade. Have you checked out the Himmler dagger thread at the top of this forum? You are going in the right direction. Check this thread out when you get a chanceRegards Larry
