I’m still looking for an SS dagger to add to my collection ,I’m looking at this would this dagger is all ok?
One thing I notice was the blade fit to the lower cross guard ,is this normal for rzm daggers .

Hey Dudedah
The dagger all fits together very well..and looks great including the RZM logo......maybe a little too good ..the logo is almost perfect without any striations of acid etch remnant....meaning possible laser etch. The numbers and date are symmetrically perfect.
The grip has been recently added and IMO does not belong with the guards ...condition proves it.
The dagger looks great..but not one for my collection if I was collecting RZM types..which I stay far away from as they are easily copied and knowing that some of these later period daggers were not all perfectly fitted together.
Not one for me. If someone can disprove the grip and guards condition to each other....then more thoughts are welcome.
