    Thanks for looking at the post, I ran across this dagger yesterday. It has numbers at the top of the grip looks to me like 76205. It came with paperwork, but I am seeking more information. Hopefully someone can fill me in on this?

    The number looks like it is likely the SS man's number and he personalized his dagger with it. You should check with Ross J. Kelbaugh at Research Service for the Identification of Schutzstaffel Numbers - Home and see if he has any files on that particular number and who it belonged to.

    I bought it yesterday, I have another but I couldn't pass this one up! Thanks for the replies, I guess I will have to email the guy for the service records.

    Type C chained SS dagger. Scabbard seems to be repainted.

    The Boker is the prize of the pair,though! Look at the full anodizing on that sheath! Not even a knock on the sheath tip ball! A beauty and certainly a star in any collection!

    What is the RZM date on the hanger..I see a stamping.

    Hello Thanks for the responses, I don't see any RZM markings on it just a circle SS on the tab. Here is the info I got with the dagger I was hoping someone will have some more information on it?
