I don't like the wooden handle.It also looks that it doesn't fit these x-guards.

Looks to me like a parts dagger at best. Nothing I would pay decent money for.

Scabbard is late or recent repro . The tang nut tells a greater story of the dagger being opened a few times.
Disturbed SS daggers tend to shy away seasoned collectors, which sometimes an opening may be innocent..and other times not so innocent..by adding to or taking away. The dagger above to which Kreta has mentioned is just such a dagger.
