Hi Mike....Lets open this thread with How much is it being offered for ?
The grip is a repainted SA grip and photos on top of the upper guard would explain much of it being opened.
The grip eagle has a dig mark above the left wing. May be nothing but something not to ignore.
The RZM logo is the stamped repro type. See below of a 1053/38 acid etch type.
More thoughts and observations welcome.

I agree with Larry this is a parts dagger,original and fake parts mixed. that grip is indeed a bad repainted SA grip, this one has no value for de serious collector.
