The possibilities exist with this dagger..as the fit is all there and some other details that also contribute to its authenticity.
The tang nut has me at odds totally losing all of its plating..and ha "cranked down " very hard on the upper guard ..actually lifting the right side off of the wood.
The background carpet is not a good match for viewing detail...dont buy any more of that carpet
The grip has heavy grain to it..and does not reflect on other 1053/38 types. Im hesitant and on the fence with this one..as the grip should not have that heavy type graining.
