It looks nothing like mine at all, the eagle is all wrong,I would pass on this one.The main reason is the detail and sharpness of the eagle is wrong for this knife.I have only been collecting for three years so my opinion is from a novice standpoint you need the big boys to pronounce

Im not even an amateur at identifying ww2 items, but from the other examples ive seen on this forum, the eagle looks wrong like others have said.

Both eagle and skull on chain looks off. The bottom bones on the skull is not symmetric. I could be wrong in my judgement. Let's hear from the "heavyweights".

I agree with with all above, from these pics it looks like a old 70s repro IMO.

It looks to me like the whole thing is bad, and that the 'eagle' needs to go on a diet.FP

I agree frogprince,my eagle is very sharp and fit.
