I would pass on it due to the poor fit of the top crossguard and the runic button looks bad.

Agreed Ade.
The Runic would be enough for me to say no, along with a few other things
no ,no
I think you can do much better for that much money. Why do you disassemble your dagger?
Although Shrinkage is normal to see on wood grips ,, the dagger has been opened quite a few times and messed with. Photos could be a little clearer. Looks like the blade is a Ground Rohm SS , by Eickhorn which is desirable, but the crossguards are not typical. The hanger looks good and I am partial to the runes button. Because of the lack of clarity in the photos, you are buying a car without an engine! IMO I would stay away from it. For that much money although Ground Rohm SS daggers go for more, Never assume something is good by half of what you see. Be careful. regards Larry
@ Operaman: I didn't disassembled the dagger. The seller did, to show the mark on the pin inside the handle.
Kris.
Hi Kris, it is still a parts dagger despite the better pics. The only thing it has confirmed is the blade maker as Boker. The grip to crossguards fit is terrible.
Cheers, Ade.
