Default 42 camo and home made beton ?

    Hello,

under a dirty paint, i start to see a camo
First time i thought there was dirt at front but no, it's sand blended with green paint.
Now i have to put the black dirt paint off.
Inside there is only rust but we can see 2 and 0 in the neck.
Do you think it 's a home made sand camo ? because it placed only at front of the helmet.
I 'm new here, is it possible to have a price estimation because it 's specific .

    Welcome to the forum.

It dosnt look like original camo to me. It looks like a relic helmet that has been repainted.

    Welcome to the forum Remss.

A few points. Could you please upload the pictures to the forum server instead of linking them to a hosting site. Once the pictures are gone, this thread will be useless.

Second, we are happy to review the helmet for authenticity however we are not an appraisal service.

that said, from the quality of these pictures it is difficult to tell, but I'm leaning towards Douglas. Looks like a repainted relic to me so far.

    regards,

    Michael

I think the beton at front is home made and yes probably home paint because sand is blend with it.
