42 type helmet options
Bought this helmet in marostica italy while visiting relatives paid 50 euros i figured for only 50 if it wasnt good i wouldnt be out much has lot serial number 2190 helmet size E7-64 no liner as seen looks good to me but would like options i believe its a late war any info on the lot number and type would be appreciated
M42 - Probably 'ET64' and an ex Czech civil helmet........

At 50 Euros you got a fair deal for this -likely ET- M42 Shell, Size 64...

Yes its a M42. Looks like overpainted, but for 50 Euro its a good deal for this condition. 64 is the size in cm. I think also its ET and not E7.
ET is for Eisenhüttenwerke Thale, a producer in the province Saxony-Anhalt.
