A few more relics.....

Ok, Been another cold and snowy day here so i did one of the few things that brightens the day up for me....Relic shopping!

Picked up these 4 helmets from a local chap. He frequently goes to Poland and these are ones he's dug up himself. From the Hel-Peninsula. He has some fantastic relics but these 4 took my fancy today. I especially like the one with part liner and the Luftwaffe helmet that shows part of a name written inside it.

Will get some better pics tomorrow in the natural light once we have a shelf up for them

Here you go, i will try and get some clearer ones in the light tomorrow. No visible decal on the Luftwaffe one sorry, im only assuming it is Luftwaffe due to the blue paint on the inside (i might be mistaken)

The other three pics show the sides of the other 3 helmets with what might? be remains of decals but i'm not 100%.

Yes. I was told they were found on the Hel peninsula in Poland.

is it flat vent? Looks raised to me? the bottom left helmet in the picture showing the four is the luftwaffe one i believe?
