The first thing is what fantastic condition decals for a relic helmet in that condition which makes me think they aren't original to it.
Looks like someone has been playing with them !!

Looks good to me, I do speak for the general condition helmet / decals.
But I would prefere pictures been taken in day light!

How can you see that, what shell a guy like me look for when looking ad the decal's?
Looks like the helmet may have been rubbed in the decal area , what is the red staining ??

Yea I can see what you means, it looks like a round circle around the decal, I had not seen that , if you haven't sayed anything,

Indeed, but that is one might expect , probably done to enchant the area.
I would ask the seller about it.
