Years and years ago , my mate and a couple of his friends were at the Merville Battery, before it became the tourist attraction it is now, he and one of the guys went to take a leak in the long grass forward of the battery, his mate looked down and found a Heer belt buckle in pretty good condition, my mate found a relic Bren gun, which he eventually donated to the museum now on site and its still there behind glass, the most ive ever found was a wet boot where i peed over my own foot
