M35 interesting paint

Hi all! What do you say; camo remains or apfelgrun paint remains?

I dont think its camo i think its just heavy wear to the green paint

Hi, just the remains of apple green in my opinion, that paint some times turns various shades of brown due to age and storage conditions. That gives some helmets a great "natural" cammo look, but it is just the ageing process. Leon.

As the other guys have said it's the darker green coat of paint wearing off to expose the apple green!..
