A reinactor's wet dream - nothing more!

Yeah... this one, more or less unanimously, seems to be. But the funny thing is, though, that there's actually better original (as opposed to this one) snow camo relics being dug up with liners and chinstraps and everything to this day. Doesn't seem like anyone's to keen on parting with the really good relic ones though...

Thank you Slados. What's with the right side of the skirt? Looks "funky". So the liner was changed and the liner rivets not? hey have the same white wash as the rest of the lid. This is also a little "funky" IMHO.

Also it is even more "funky" that the vent hole is corroded but no corrosion right next to it where the paint flaked off.
All very good points and observations, Lars... I guess we can say that this is a thoroughly worked over shell made to deceive... At a glance and without the expertise of other experienced collectors, such as yourself, it would probably sell quite easily though --- at least it's not me this time around
Scary stuff though, this is surely another lesson in learning to trust your (my) gut feeling, seems like this is quite important when dealing with camo helmets.
