Why do these threads continually get started? They take up bandwidth and are a waste of time. I hope the forum could be used for discussion of militaria, identify fakes, show our collections and do it all in a friendly environment.

We see thread after thread after thread of complete dross from ebay and other auction sites get discussed here to what end? Can someone actually point out why this thread is of any use whatsoever? Out of the 15 posts prior to this, what has actually been of any use?
If it was just the odd thread occasionally then fine but time and again members trawl through ebay seemingly on a never ending quest to find the worst piece of militaria they can find and then delight in sharing it with the rest of us. I don't get it and wish it would end very soon......
