Looks like winter white to me sprinkled with a ton of rust!
I see green (and not factory feldgrau) as well as what I think could be a tan (what others said might be whitewash).

Where was it found? If in Greece then its a Mediteran camo. Standard tan overpainted with green.
The outside reminds me of some Normandy shells, but could also be southern front. But the inside colour looks odd to me.
