Sorry, but I think Ade's first instincts were correct.
I think the paint, decal, liner and straps are all copies. I am not sure about the shell because it has some nice features, however the latest Czech fakes have these too. If you have just bought it I would send it back.

I should add that it was Steve whom I mentioned in my earlier post. He was the person who I asked to look at the helmet due to my unease about it.
