Very unusual flaking of paint effect. Seeing large sections devoid of paint and other sections where the paint is in good shape suggests areas of paint were stripped off to expose the steel then the shell was allowed to rust, probably buried in the ground for a year. They are a devious crowd, but the rewards are rich if they pull it off.
