    Hakaristi,

Excellent collection, I'm envious of your Finnish militaria ( I don't collect German WW2 but am starting to get interested in the Weimar Republic).

Are your Suomis still fireable either fully automatic or semi automatic? We are able to purchase semi automatic only Suomis here in Canada but he have to be modified with a new bolt, much longer barrel (18.6 inches or 47.24 cm as opposed to 10 inches or 25.4 cm) and magazines pinned at 5 rounds (and no drum mags as of yet).

I've wanted to get a Suomi and had a deal to obtain a deactivated one until it fell through, but I don't want one of these long barreled ones! They look fugly!!

BTW I'm going to start a thread where we can all post our Crosses and Medals of Liberty, supporting documents, photos etc for all to view. In the Polish forums this is done with the Virtuti Militari, Krzyż Walecznych and Order of the White Eagle.
