I can't find that last kanji but, based on one of the dictionary definitions (below), it might be an older variant of 面
Also, I'm certain my ratio is incorrect, so I await Nick's corrections.

面 【づら; ヅラ】 (n-suf) looking like a ...; acting as if a [so I'm inferring "approximately"]
Usually I'd read this kanji as "men" meaning "mask" as in Kendo.
