Default Fiat 3000 in First China Incident

The first completely japan tank produced in any part from Japaneses was the type 89, before to make it the Japaneses

bought a number of foreign tank for study and one of this was the tank Fiat 3000 who than was used in action in

China in 1932, i known only this picture, if some have more picture of this tank or more info (Nick probably can

    recognize it easy) is welcome

Additional Fiat 3000 were taken over from the armed forces of the local warlord Zhang Zuolin, ruler of the northeast regions of China. He was killed by a bomb planted by a Japanese Kwantung Army officer on 4 June, 1928. The Japanese took over a number of the Fiat 3000, and they were used by the Japanese Kwantung Army to build up a temporary Armoured Car Company. The tanks saw use in the Manchurian Incident in 1929. After Manchukuo's formation in 1931 the tanks were handed over to the Manchurian army.

The armament of the Fiat 3000 varies, but they were not rearmed in Japan.
