Help Needed with Gunto Signature Translation

Hello All,I may have the option of purchasing a sword and was hoping to get some help on a signature and perhaps some info on the smith if possible.

I might be wrong on this, (I often am) but that does not look like a WW2 sword to me. The Nakago Jiri is that bit sharp and the Mekugi-Ana a bit low. Post war Gendaito?
