    Yes indeed from the maker Suya at the Tokyo First Arsenal in the period after they (TFA) took over administration of the Type 95 program from Kokura.

    I recently purchased two of these from the same estate. I believe they have been together for a very long time since they came from the estate of a veteran of WWII. I thought it fitting they have a place together.
