The two blue cloths have the company name
日満工業会社
Nichi-Man Kougyou Kaisha
Japan-Manchukuo Manufacturing Company
I found Nichi-Man goggles online:
I found a copy of the Logo and saved it to my ImageShack file:日満工業は海軍の眼鏡の開発に関わった会社です。商標は半分出た太陽の下にMANです。左の物は本来、冬用 なのですが毛が付けられていません。
Japan-Manchukuo industry is a company involved in the development of Navy goggles. The trademarks was half of a Rising Sun and below that a square with the letters [MAN] . Originally, those on the left are winter, but the fur is not attached.
