    I think your helmet doesn't need the officers cap star on the front of it friend. But wait and see if any of the other guys think it is OK.

    Thanks Steve! I got mixed reviews when I posted this before. Added more photos this time. The leather is in remarkably good condition. I don't think it could be 70 years old feels new and does not crack at all when bent. (Yes I know bad habit testing leather like that).
