I picked this up at a estate sale in a mixed boxed of Japanese medals and ribbons. Was just wondering what writing on the tag is.

These are interesting! They do show up from time to time on everyone's favorite auction site. Here are two examples that I have, one from Tinian, and the other from Saipan.
