I'm about to buy this sword from a fellow collector. Can you tell if it's original ww2 era or post war made? It's price is 350€... Please advice me with any information about it!

It is a Chinese reproduction. The makers in China have a tendency to over embellish the decoration on the fittings. The price alone indicates the owner is not trying to sell this as an original. It is evident the seller knows what he has. I would avoid any future dealings with such a scammer.

It is amazing how talanted the Chinese are.
They take pig turds and almost make them look like Japanese swords.
