Hey guys,
I don't know much about this sword, especially the translation. It definitely appears to be older, but I'm not sure if it's military, WWII, etc. Can anyone help out? Thanks!

Hello Nick,
I believe this one would be known as a chinese copy.
Ralph.
Searching for anything relating to, Anton Boos, 934 Stamm. Kp. Pz. Erz. Abt. 7, 3 Kompanie, Panzer-Regiment 2, 16th Panzer-Division (My father)
This is a Chinese wall hanger, real Japanese swords would not have writing on the blade or the saya.
As mentioned on WAF it is indeed a modern Chinese sword as opposed to a Japanese military sword.
Regards,
Stu
