What are your thoughts on this piece?
Its brass very heavy.
It has both English and Japanese . ( it has to be post war )
A few Navy anchors stamped on it.
Military postwar junk or civilian junk.

It's a pressure gauge dated 1928 and made by Tokyo Gas and Electric Industries. At that time, they were involved in trucks and aircraft engines besides making various gauges.
In connection with the navy, they launched the Kamikaze Engine in 1928, which was used for seaplanes like this one.
