Would appreciate any opinions on the following tunic. Translation if possible. I think the insignia is added on, no stitching underneath the collar......almost like they are glued on. So real or fake, a keeper or tosser? Thanks in advance.

Shouwa 17 (1942) manufactured
Tokyo made
White Tag:
Owner's name (far left) 中野 虎雄 Torao Nakano
He belongs to 水戸 第二連隊 Mito 2nd Regiment, 鬼頭中隊 Kitou Company.

No stitching under collar, so I figure added on.....but original. Thank you again Taka-San.

Can tell the collar tabs are slightly off.
Is the white tag glued on as well?
Yes, tag seems glued to me.
In my opinion all insignia added post war. Period applied insignias were never glued on
