Hi Brian , These swords can really be a minefield , if and when you find a suitable example , i would suggest you get an appraisal here before you part with your hard earned , as the knowledge and experience here , about this subject , is second to none IMO !!

That sounds like a great plan, Alan, and I really hope to do so. You don't know how many times I about pulled the trigger on buying one and something just doesn't seem right. I know I need to come here to find the right answers. If its all possible, I sure will post pictures and questions. Thanks!
