Article about: Can any one tell me what this Japanese WWII Folding Screwdriver went to. It is not the same type normally found in the Calvary Ammo Pouch, the Squad Leaders Cleaning Kit or the Type 10 Flair

With no markings anywhere....
How do you know it’s Japanese?
-
To me it looks like one of the tools issued with Civil War era US muskets.
-
Looks to me like a Sharps Rifle combination screwdriver. These did not normally have US markings.

Thanks. You are correct it is a Sharps Rifle Combination Screwdriver. What a surprise. That is what I like about this Forum.
