Original WWII Japanese bayonet or what?

Hi,
I would like some help identifying this bayonet. Looks very good, but I was wondering if it is a original wwII period item or a post war reproduction?
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, wartime Japanese, very common maker. Looks to be in very good condition - $100 -$125 value

As stated by Long Shot, war time production by Matsushita under Kokura supervision. The scabbard is the earlier type. Yes, bayonet and scabbard look very good.
