A terrible fake
No habaki and wrong metal for the handle. First type was handle made of copper and later it was aluminium.
Hello and welcome to the forum. The sword you have shown us is a reproduction of an Imperial Japanese Army Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) sword. As reproduction quality goes it is on the lower end of the scale.
