Here is another cup, made of metal, with the image of a Golden kite. It was difficult for me to take a good picture, I'm sorry...

Because of life dedicated to the Emperor, home towns are full of flowers this year

Now, don't quote me on the poem translation ... but it gives a feeling for what it means. And -- for some reason -- there are �� in the poem, but just ignore them; don't know why they appear.
