This flag looks fine and was given to a Yokoyama, his family signing at the right bottom corner.

Nick, is it little Yaweko's signature that helps identify Yokoyama as the family?

No, there is an inscription by a Yoshimitsu Hamazaki saying "Yokoyama, show them your spirit (Ganbare) and I myself will follow soon after". Most signatures are from school class mates of Yokoyama, which is why numerous "I will be joining you soon" messages are present.
