Gendaito were not forged in factories. There is no chance of this being a post war blade as sword making was banned for around ten years after the war. Wavy hamon means nothing as it can also be achieved with oil tempering. Without concise pictures of the blade having a true forged hada or grain in the steel, nothing further can be accurately determined by what is available in this thread. Your only option is to submit your blade to a recognized authority who can determine in hand what you have.
