    As Chen already pointed out, the kanji used is the simplified Chinese style. 目标(Chinese) instead of 目標 (Japanese) for the word speed target 目标速度 is an unmistakable indication.

    Nick, thank you for explaining it in detail. This is a similar but different sight then Mr Chen commented on but they both share the same tabular layout so your answer perfectly addressed my question - thank you very, very much
