Translation request: 1916 commemorative text on 120mm APHE projectile

Hi all,

The 120mm APHE projectile that is shown in the attached image has just come in. It has a commemorative text on it that is hard to make out, but fortunately the seller (or someone else) wrote it down on a separate paper. IIRC it is in commemoration of a battle between the Japanese and the Germans in 1916. I can read the rightmost column myself, which reads: "Taisho 5 year", i.o.w. 1916, so the year would be correct for that battle.
Can someone perhaps give a good translation of the other two columns?

It's very nice to see the complete translation. It also gives a hint as to the period in which this particular specimen was made (although one can of course never be completely certain when it was made vs. when it was marked).
