    ヒキチ4班
    Hikichi 4 Han
    Hikichi 4 Squad
[Hikichi Squad 4] Hikichi is a surname

    スギムラタイオヤナカ
    Sugimura Taio Yanaka
This part troubles me ... I'm not certain I've transcribed it properly. I recognize Sugita and Yanaka as surnames .... I do not know how "Taio" fits in (if I've read that correctly) -- Taio can be a male given name .... but to me it just does not seem to fit.

Anyway, bonafide Japanese-written kanji and katakana, so no problem there.

Neat! Thanks! What's the yellow square shape on bottom right? Money related as well?

Probably indicative of gold, which the old money was.
