Yes, I saw that and just didn't have the energy to go further.

    However ...

    Nakane Fujio-kun
    Mr. Nakane Fujio
[kanji read: Naka-nay Fuji-o; but the name is said as "Na-kanay" when spoken] Nakane is the surname.

There appears to be two kanji above Nakane's name, but it is just too faint to read.

    Hi Bangbangsan,

    Nope, it's definitely
    Nakane Fujio-kun

I just rechecked the flag again to make certain of my reading. 藤夫 is pretty common -- if you do a wordsearch using the kanji you'll get lots of results.

    Cheers,
    --Guy

    EDIT:
Okay, I see what you mean. The very small print to the left of Fujio's name is another Nakane name and it looks something like 中根輝田 -- but it's too small to read and when I increase the image, it is too blurry.

As a follow-up to my original post, there is something ABOVE NOW it occurs to me it is "tame" (for: )
    For Nakane Fujio-kun.
