Type 90 Japanese Helmet. Is it WW2 Period?

Have a chance at buying this helmet at $250. I know little about these type 90 helmets. The liner and chinstrap look suspect to me though. Any info and opinion would be greatly appreciated!

I believe it's a post-war reissue Thai helmet.........

Yes..it's not a WW2 era lid. Shell may be ok (hard to see from a cell phone, but the rest is bad. Plus legit ones in good shape are going for 3x to 4x

I agree about this being a post war reissue and the rivets mentioned confirm this. This type of helmet was reissued to many countries after the war.

It is, or was a Thai helmet, you can see the outline of the badge that would have been in place.
