I found this Duffel bag with a Japanese tag on it.
No idea what it says any help would be much appreciated.
The bag is black ,but it feels like it could be water proof?

Like tang photos, it really would help us if you orient the photo correctly, so we don't have to download them every time to turn them around to make them legible. Named to an Izumi Ueno. Manufactured in Oct. 1943 and issued in December at Sasebo.
