    Sorry to say , beyond repair. Showa-to. Very low value.

    mei not possible to read due to the pitting/rust and turned photos.

    Turn Your last photo upside down and You got the right way to show and read mei.

    Hi

    someone was actually able to translate it ( Yoshi Aki) I take it that's the name of the owner?

    Here is a pic from the right angle
    I did my best trying to photograph this but I just could not get the right angle and lighting for it to come out

    Yoshiaki would be the swordsmith, not the owner. The only gunto smith by that name I can find is

    三品 義明
    Mishina Yoshiaki

    EDIT: Also, I can faintly see "Mishina" above the signature. Faint, but if you know the kanji, you can follow the darker lines. No, it's not like finding the Virgin Mary on a burned piece of toast .... you can actually see:
