Is this a WW2 uniform?

can you help me for this japan uniform? Is it ww2 original? Is it a infantry uniform? How much is its value?

It's a 1944 Type 3 enlisted ranks Imperial Japanese Army uniform in nice shape.

A nice example Winter uniform! Looks to be un-issued. I've been looking for those tunic buttons to finish my example.
Value is a difficult thing for these 'more common' WWII collectables - Some collectors prefer these unissued while others prefer items to have evidence of actual use - such as names, numbers etc. My experience with Japanese items usually points to the latter. So I feel an un-issued tunic would actually have a lesser value to one in poorer condition but with providence.
