Article about: I've thought for a long time that Italian army headgear was underappreciated, despite their inherenet quality and elegance. Here is a cap for a lieut. colonel of the 2nd Bersaglieri Regiment

Yes...underappreciated they are. Even their wartime helmets I find attractive...but many don't care for them.

Very nice, the 2nd Bersaglieri Regiment, in the WW2 was deployed on the Greek-Albanian Front.

Nice berretto!
Italian militaria starting getting popular even outside Italy, where those items where never underappreciated!
To let this berretto come back into a good shape you can use some fishing line, stretch some thread from button to button and tighten a bit!
The berretto will come back to a good shape, and thats nothing dangerous to do about it!
