Picked up this badge on the fea market ,from what i can find it looks to be a Pioneer badge but does anyone know if its post war or wartime ? , thank you for any help

Bad die cast reproduction of an italian "Genio Alpino" (mountain troops sappers) badge!
Good ones were were printed on brass sheet (during 30's and ww2), or on silver plated sheet during the (20's).
